Snakes in School

4th March 16

On Friday 26th February a Year 1 child and her father brought their pet snakes to school! The Year 1 children were fascinated to learn many snake facts such as ball pythons roll themselves into a ball when afraid and that they can fall asleep for up to a month after eating. The children had the opportunity to touch the snakes and to ask questions about caring for them.
